What does unlimited bookings mean?
No caps, no credits, no “you’ve used your 5 for the month” moments. Book as often as you need.
What's the difference between national and global bookings?
Standard gives you unlimited bookings across the venue network in the country you signed up in. Premium opens up our international locations too, ideal if you travel for work or want flexibility across borders.
Can I invite people who aren't Reef members?
Yes. Premium members can bring up to 2 guests per booking. Enterprise bumps that to 5. Guests don’t need their own membership. This is perfect for client meetings.
What's included in the food and drink offers?
Member-exclusive discounts at Reef partner venues. Think discounted coffee, lunch deals, free coffee and more. The specifics vary by venue.
How does team billing work on Premium?
Premium is priced per user, so your total depends on how many people are on the plan. You can have up to 250 users on Premium, beyond that, Enterprise is the right fit.
How do I cancel or change my plan?
You’ll be able to manage your plan directly from the platform. No hoops, no awkward cancellation calls.
Does the price include VAT?
No. All prices shown exclude VAT. VAT will be added at checkout.
What are Perks?
Perks is Reef’s member benefits programme, exclusive deals and discounts with partners like Google, Jabra, NordVPN, Worldpay, and more. It’s included with Premium and above.
